Stratford-upon-Avon
On the way back from Malvern, and to avoid the massive roadworks, we aimed for Stratford-upon-Avon.
Stratford-upon-Avon - the birthplace of William Shakespeare.
One of our neighbours at Malvern said there is a motorhome park up almost in the centre by the leisure centre. I set TomTom the task of getting us there.
It certainly seemed more than 37 miles! There are nine dedicated spaces for motorhomes and you can pay on the machine or the RingGo app. I chose the latter. As we still had about 180 miles to get home, I paid for three hours.
Just enough time to walk around and see the important Shakespeare places and of course, the RSC, where had a coffee!

Once back at the van we set off for home. The route along the M40, M25, M26 and M20 wasn't too bad. Heavy traffic between the M40 and basically the A3.

It seems that drivers nowadays don't look forward or at least have only tunnel vision. We had a couple of near misses with cars changing lanes into ones we were already in.
We made two stops on the way, once at Oxford for a coffee. The services seem to be dog friendly and they have a fishpond outside. Reggie and some kids were fascinated.
The next at Clacket Lane for Reggie pee break and me to find out why my phone wasn't charging.
